Zach Gordon is a CPA with over sixteen years of professional experience across multiple industries and functions. He is the founder of Red Five, which serves as fractional CFO, strategic and tax advisor for a portfolio of crypto, cannabis, tech and other clients.
Zach focuses on tax planning and optimization, financial modeling and advisory services, business structuring and transaction support. He previously was a Principal in the Accounting Services group at a Top 50 CPA Firm, and a leader of the firm’s Cannabis Advisory and Digital Assets practices.
Zach has served in various leadership roles, including Co-Leader of the Cannabis and Digital Assets practices at a regional public accounting firm and Founder and CFO for multiple startups. He was a founding member and managing partner of a cannabis-focused technology incubator and investment group based out of New York.
