Lexi Weber is a CPA and senior manager for emerging professionals initiatives at AICPA & CIMA. She graduated summa cum laude from the University at Buffalo, earning both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting. She has previously worked at Tronconi Segarra & Associates, LLP, where she held the roles of audit manager and Chair of the firm's Leadership Academy. She was appointed to the SUNY University at Buffalo School of Management's Accounting Advisory Council in 2024. She has been named as a 2025 CPA Practice Advisor 40 Under 40 Honoree, a 2025 Buffalo Business First's 30 Under 30 Honoree, a 2024 Nominee for Ignition’s Top 50 Women in Accounting, and an Emerging Leader in 2023 by the New York State Society of CPAs.
