A'Isha Torrence is the Chief Financial Officer of ADAPT Community Network, and she previously spent almost 25 years at AHRC New York City. In her roles she has overseen intricate budgeting, financial processes, and reporting. She is the president of the NYCPA PAC, and holds the position of co-chair for the Interagency Council Fiscal Committee.
