
The New York City Department of Finance has confirmed the authenticity of
this job listing on LinkedIn, meaning that NYC Taxpayer Advocate Diana Leyden will be leaving her position. A spokesperson with the NYC DOF said that she will be joining the U.S. Tax Court as a trial judge. Leyden was appointed to be the city's first Taxpayer Advocate in July of 2015 to work with people on NYC-specific tax matters.
