Please note that the annual membership meeting of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. (opening reception: 5 p.m.) at The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers, located at Pier 61, Chelsea Piers, 23rd Street and West Side Highway, New York, NY 10011.
The meeting will be followed by a fund-raising gala for The Moynihan Fund. Seating will be available for members who wish to attend the annual meeting but do not wish to attend the gala. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Approval of minutes from the May 14, 2015, annual membership meeting.
2. Approval of proposed amendments to NYSSCPA bylaws.
3. Election of the 2016–2017 officers and directors with terms beginning on June 1, 2016.
4. Other business.
