Robert H. Herz has been the chairman of the FASB since July 2002. Prior to joining the board, he was the North America theater leader of professional, technical, risk, and quality at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Herz is a both a CPA and chartered accountant. He was interviewed at the Pace University Lubin Forum on Contemporary Accounting Issues on April 30, 2009, by Floyd Norris, the chief financial correspondent of the New York Times and the International Herald Tribune.
