Wm. Dennis Huber, and Robert W. McGee, JD, PhD, CPA
Corporations, Accounting, Securities Laws, and the Extinction of Capitalism by Wm. Dennis Huber is a good read. The author's credentials are quite impressive—a CPA, DBA, a JD, five master's degrees, and a BA. The author argues that capitalism is supposed to be the system of free enterprise, where individuals can trade what they have for what they want without government interference. However, the author argues that those days are gone, as capitalism has been driven to extinction by corporate law, securities law, and accounting principles.
