On June 26, Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont signed the biennial state budget for the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years; on July 8, he also signed House Bill 7373, which implemented the recommendations of the Department of Revenue Services (DRS) for minor revisions to the tax and related statutes. This article summarizes the more significant tax changes contained in these bills.
