There's a lot of good advice out there for CPAs—for example, how to market a practice and how to attract clients—but many professionals just don't have the time to actually implement those strategies. I understand their frustration, because I'm a CPA too. But I only work two to three days per week—and my practice is still thriving. It hasn't always been this way, but I've made changes in the way I run my practice. One key aspect that I've changed is the way I manage my time. Now, my practice works for me, rather than me slaving away in order to make it work.
