With the passage of the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010 (HR 4853), tax rates will remain at current levels and significant tax breaks will continue through 2012. One tax benefit that the act extended that's not so well known—but very important—is IRC section 127, which provides for the payment of up to $5,250 of qualified education expenses for every eligible employee.
