H. Stephen Grace, PhD
It is useful in reading a book to understand the author's intentions. Zabihollah Rezaee sets out his objectives for Corporate Governance Post-Sarbanes-Oxley in the book's preface. There he states, “To win back public trust, a framework must be developed that encompasses all key participants and processes. This book provides this framework by examining the oversight, managerial, compliance, internal auditing, advisory, external auditing, and monitoring functions of corporate governance and introduces a blueprint for various functions of corporate governance designed to create sustainable shareholder value while protecting the interests of other stakeholders.”
