If you want to start a business or other major project, data suggests that you should do so at 11 a.m. on a Monday in October, as this has been found to be the most productive period of time, according to Inc. Task management software company Redbooth observed its own user data to examine 1.8 million projects and 28 million tasks over a four-year period. Going through this data, it found that people are most productive on Mondays and least productive on Fridays. During the day, work activity peaks at 11 a.m. and then slowly declines after that point until reaching 4 p.m. at which point productivity takes a sharp decline. Meanwhile, looking from month to month, people seemed to get the most done in October, with workers completing 32 percent more tasks than in January, which was found to be the least productive month. Overall, it was found that the fall is the most productive season, as the most productive months are September, October and November.
