And while it’s good to have a strong work ethic, it’s also important to take care of your own health. Inc.  has some suggestions on how to manage your schedule:

  • Determine Necessity of Activities: Look at your work schedule and ask yourself if there are things that can be cut, delegated, or automated. If so, do so.

  • Consider What You Do Well: Make a list of what you do well, and make sure that what your work schedule is matches those traits. Once you’re there, focus on improving those skills.

  • Do it All Again: It’s important to not get complacent. It’s good practice to review yourself regularly.
