Feeling burned out and unmotivated? It's probably 3 p.m., the least productive time in the office, according to surveys (okay, technically it's 2:55, but we're rounding). So, what do you do to perk yourself up and get back into the swing of things? Fast Company gives eight tips to get the pep back in your step. If you're having trouble focusing, you might want to try: 

1. Drinking some water. 
2. Meditate. 
3. Clean your desk. 
4. Do some stretches. 
5. Take a walk outside. 
6. Drink some green tea. 
7. Aromatherapy. 
8. Have a sweet snack.
