NextGen Week is a dynamic, week-long experience designed to support the growth and success of emerging professionals and students in accounting and finance. Taking place June 1–5, the program brings together industry leaders, experienced professionals, and peers to deliver practical insights, real-world guidance, and meaningful connections.

Through a mix of virtual and in-person sessions, attendees will explore career pathways, industry trends, and essential skills such as communication, leadership, and business development. From panels and workshops to networking events and interactive discussions, NextGen Week focuses on helping participants build confidence, expand their network, and better understand where the profession is headed.
