Who we are

To explore, analyze and educate members on issues affecting partnership and limited liability companies, and their partners and members, including tax law changes, planning strategies, compliance issues and client problems. The committee is open to all practitioners interested in broadening their knowledge base and meeting experienced professionals in the partnership and limited liability company area.

What we do

• Monthly meetings (8:30 - 10:00 a.m.)
• Sponsorship of the partnership conference
• Sponsorship of the flow-through conference
• Submission of articles for the CPA Journal Federal Tax Column
• Answer technical questions
• E-mail communications among committee members
• Sponsor evening technical seminars
