Who We Are:

The Tax Division Oversight Committee provides oversight and guidance to all the communities of the Tax Division.

What We Do:

•  Assist communities of the tax division on direction and on meeting their needs

•  Help the communities of the tax division to increase participation and to satisfy their members’ needs

•  Provide direction to communities of the tax division involving tax issues and Society comments on those technical issues

•  Plan the Annual Tax Conference

•  Provide assistance to the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee in the tax area as requested

•  Ensure that communities of the tax division stay on track and meet the goals set in their committee action plan, and provide guidance on their conferences

•  Act as final approval on all Society technical tax comments before sign-off by the Society president.
