Program Overview
The NYSSCPA has developed the Leadership Institute to engage and provide opportunity to members in the early stages of their career. The objective of the NYSSCPA Leadership Institute is to enable participants to increase their effectiveness in the workplace, capture important insights and tools for strategic career planning, and ultimately transform into effective leaders and transition to leaders in the Society, the profession, and their respective communities. The Leadership Institute replaces the Young Leadership Circle to allow for more opportunities and expanded representation across New York state.
Benefits of the Program
This program is designed to ensure participants recognize and capitalize on their strengths, identify and address professional gaps, increase confidence and knowledge in current roles, and strategically plan for continuous growth and advancement for future success.
