The NextGen Leaders Institute is NYCPA’s premier leadership experience designed for early-career CPAs and CPA candidates who want to do more than just advance — they want to lead.
Across six months of highly engaging virtual workshops, led by nationally recognized leadership experts at ConvergenceCoaching®, LLC, you’ll learn how to:
- Communicate with greater impact
- Build visibility and trust
- Navigate change with confidence
- Inspire accountability in others
- Shape your leadership style and voice
- Participants will earn 12 CPE credits upon completion of the program.
And you’ll do it alongside a cohort of driven peers, building lasting relationships and a powerful professional network.
This is not a passive learning experience. You’ll engage in real-time dialogue, tackle practice assignments, and develop a personal “What’s Next in My Leadership” vision that you’ll present at a cohort-wide graduation.
