NEW YORK – (April 25, 2019) – Young accounting professionals and those who are looking to develop their leadership and planning skills while pursuing their CPA license are encouraged to attend the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants’ (NYSSCPA) NextGen Conference. It will be on Friday, May 3, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Midtown Loft and Terrace, 267 Fifth Ave. at 29th St. in Manhattan.
This annual career development conference will spotlight top strategies for advancement, networking and leadership growth that will equip attendees with the critical skills necessary for consistent success and upward mobility in the accounting and financial professions.
Editor-in-Chief of Accounting Today and Tax Pro Today, Daniel Hood, will moderate the “Creating Opportunities for Growth,” panel, which will feature four CPAs sharing their career journey and steps taken to accelerate the growth of their position(s) in the accounting industry:
