NEW YORK - (June 17, 2015) - The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants has elected CPA Iralma Pozo, who resides in the Bronx, to its Board of Directors. Pozo will represent the Manhattan/Bronx Chapter on the board. Pozo is an adjunct lecturer for Baruch College and her three-year term began June 1.
Pozo is currently a member of NYSSCPA’s Not-For-Profit Organizations Committee and is the immediate past president of the Manhattan/Bronx Chapter.
Pozo received her BBA in Accounting from Baruch College in 2000 and earned her master’s degree in finance from Pace University in 2012. Pozo joined the Society in 2004 and is a member of the Manhattan/Bronx Chapter.
