Governor
George E. Pataki recently signed into law Chapter 767 of the
Laws of 2005, a law that will increase the publication requirements
of newly formed limited liability companies (LLCs) and limited
liability partnerships (LLPs).
The U.S.-based Financial
Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the International Accounting
Standards Board (IASB) are aiming to develop common accounting standards,
