Disciplinary Matters

  • Franklin Boykoff of Pleasantville, N.Y., was expelled under the Society’s bylaws. Mr. Boykoff was convicted of a felony in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, as a result of having been found guilty of conspiring to defraud the Internal Revenue Service; evading individual income taxes; preparing false tax returns for a client; and attempting to obstruct an IRS audit of another client’s tax returns.
  • Rosanna Bell of Pleasantville, N.Y., was expelled under the Society’s bylaws. Ms. Bell was convicted of a felony in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, after pleading guilty to conspiring to defraud the IRS and submitting a false loan application to a federally insured bank.
