Disciplinary Matters

The Joint Trial Board expelled Joseph J. Casuccio Jr. of Hauppauge, N.Y., from membership in the NYSSCPA and AICPA, effective June 12, 2003. The board found Mr. Casuccio guilty of violating NYSSCPA Rule of Professional Conduct 506—Communications, Interpretation 506-1-Duty to Cooperate, and AICPA Bylaw Section 7.4.6., for failing to cooperate in an investigation of his professional conduct.
