NEW YORK—At the Society’s Board of Directors’ meeting on Sept. 22, board members discussed a wide range of topics, the most pressing of which was the Quality Enhancement Policy Committee’s (QEPC) interim white paper proposing an alternative model to the peer review program as set forth in 1977 by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
