Estate Administration Conference

By Aysha Livingston

When it comes to estate planning and administration, things can get a little complicated. Participants at the Estate Administration Conference, to be held on Tuesday, May 22, at the New York Marriott Marquis, will have the opportunity to discuss the most recent updates and breakthroughs on such topics as estate administration with corporate entities, the sale of businesses owned by a deceased employee-shareholder, and foreign estate administration.

Linda B. Hirschson, Esq., LLM, of Greenberg & Traurig, will be on hand to discuss the Hubert Regulations and their effect on marital deductions.

Additionally, for those professionals with clients who want to know more about gift giving, the session on gift tax returns by Bruce Wexler, Esq., LLM of Loeb & Loeb LLP, is a must-see event. His detailed presentation will emphasize Chapter 13 issues.

These topics along with many others will be presented and discussed at the conference. For registration information call (800) 537-3635 or visit the website at www. nysscpa.org. The fee for members is $250 and nonmembers, $350. Refer to course code 25608211.
