OFFICIAL LEGAL NOTICE TO NYSSCPA MEMBERS

Nominating Committee Proposes New Officers and Directors

The NYSSCPA Nominating Committee, chaired by Stuart Kessler, recently announced its nominations for new Society officers and directors for the 2000­2001 term beginning June 1. The official report is included with this article.

The committee proposes the following officers: Nancy Newman-Limata for president-elect; David L. Evans, Jo Ann Golden, John J. Kearney, and Thomas Riley for vice president; Sharon Sabba Fierstein for secretary; and Ronald Benjamin for treasurer.

To fill opening positions on the Society's board of directors, the committee recommends Arthur Bloom, Franklin H. Federmann, Vincent J. Love, Edward J. Torres, and Beth I. Van Blandel as directors-at-large and Raymond M. Nowicki, Angelo J. Gallo, Andrew M. Eassa, and Sandra A. Napoleon-Hudson as chapter representatives.

See the ballot enclosed with this issue of The Trusted Professional to vote. Installations will take place at the Annual Election Meeting and Dinner on May 9 at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City. See page 5 for more information on the meeting.
