Suffolk Young CPAs Collect 1,000 Toys for Tots
"Our chapter members and their firms were extremely generous," said Cynthia Finn, a Young CPAs Committee member and chair of the chapter's Social Committee. "The Marines were very impressed by the number of toys collected and indicated that once again, our collection was the largest contribution that they had received from a single organization. We should all be very proud of this accomplishment." In addition to the firm and business collections, the committee cosponsored its third annual holiday party with the NYSSCPA Nassau Chapter's Young CPAs Committee, where attendees brought toys to benefit the Toys for Tots program. The Suffolk committee extends its appreciation to the following firms, businesses, and employees for making a difference this holiday season for hundreds of children on Long Island:
