Disciplinary Matters

Peter Drew Cohen, of Edison, N.J., was automatically expelled from membership under Society Bylaw Article XII.2—Criminal Conviction of Member effective Jan. 26, 2005. On or about Feb. 13, 2002, Mr. Cohen entered a plea of guilty in U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, to a charge of violating Title 26 U.S.C. Section 7201, a felony (tax evasion).
