Society Member Benefit Program

The New York State Society of CPAs offers its members a discount program with Airborne Express, the package courier service. The program is an easy way for members to reduce overnight, second-day air, ground and international shipping costs. Last year, Society members saved more than $230,000 with this program.
Under the program, members are entitled to special pricing with Airborne Express. Members pay no enrollment fees and have no shipping minimums or frequency requirements to meet to maintain their discount. The more members ship with Airborne Express, the more discounts they receive.
Shipping is a critical part of business for many Society members, and cost, on-time arrival and good shipment condition affect profitability. Thanks to the group-buying power of the NYSSCPA, these tremendous discounts with Airborne can help improve members’ bottom line.
Flight-Ready Special Promotion
Additionally, members now may want to take advantage of the flat rates on Airborne’s prepaid, overnight shipping, with no weight limits. From now through March 31, such first-time “Flight-Ready” orders will be discounted an additional $14.
The advantages of Flight-Ready to members, especially during the busy tax season, include shipments without weight limits. This allows members to ship as much as can fit in a single Flight-Ready envelope or pack. Airborne guarantees next-morning delivery in the contiguous U.S., and offers service to more than 200 other countries. Airborne also offers free on-demand pickup from most locations without having to fill out forms or having to reconcile accounting or paperwork. Members must purchase 10 envelopes at once, but they receive greater discounts with larger volume.
