Save Money with Prepaid Airborne Express Service

NYSSCPA members now have another way to save on overnight shipping--Flight Ready^SM prepaid overnight shipping from Airborne Express.

Member rates start at $10.25 for a Flight Ready Letter, which holds up to two pounds, and $14 for an Express Pack, which holds up to five pounds. Lower rates are available for orders of 20 or more. Orders are available in multiples of 10, and a $5 shipping and handling fee applies per order. There are no expiration dates, and unused Flight Ready materials can be returned at any time for a complete refund.

Since members make purchases in advance, the Flight Ready service passes along significant savings over standard Airborne Express shipping, which charges $10.75 for an eight-ounce package. The prepaid service can be particularly helpful for members as they gear up for the extra work that tax season can bring.

Airborne Express is one of the Society's most frequently used member benefits. For example last April, during the height of the tax season, members shipped 6,321 express letters and packages--including 99 overseas--weighing a total of more than 130,000 pounds. The total member discount savings for these transactions added up to more than $62,000.
