Young CPAs Network at NYC Museum

By Suzanne Giorgi

Nearly 150 young CPAs from public and private practice, along with other young professionals, gathered at the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York City on July 27 to attend "An Evening of Fine Arts and Fine Wines," sponsored by the NYSSCPA Metro Area Young CPAs Committee, chaired by Alan Badey.

Gristina Vineyards of Long Island presented a wine tasting while participants viewed, "The Time of Our Lives," an art exhibit on aging that featured several different types of media including photography, paintings, and film.

"It was an overwhelming success and a great opportunity for people to meet and network in a fun, unique setting," said Katie Bancheri, immediate past chair of the committee.
