Business Valuation Expert Shannon Pratt Comes to New York

Dr. Shannon Pratt, a leading specialist in business valuation, will speak at a Foundation for Accounting Education program on October 25 in New York City.

Pratt will lead a several-hour CPE session that will update CPAs on the pertinent topics in business valuation such as expert testimony under Daubert/Komar, built-in capital gains, preparing defensible valuation reports, and case law updates. He also will answer individual questions from program attendees.

Pratt is managing director at Willamette Management Associates and editor of the Business Valuation Update. He also is of Valuing a Business, Cost of Capital and other books, articles, and courses on business valuation topics.
