Carl T. Hayden to Speak at Annual Dinner

New York State Board of Regents Chancellor Carl T. Hayden will speak at the Society's Annual Election Meeting and Dinner, scheduled for Thursday, May 13, at the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers. A New York native who earned his J.D. at Cornell Law School and served as president of the Elmira City School District Board of Education, Hayden has been chancellor of the Board of Regents since 1995.

Along with the chancellor's address and the installation of the 1999­2000 NYSSCPA officers, the Society will present six awards to selected Society members, including two special recognition awards. The Society also will recognize accounting graduate award winners.
