February 1999 Issue CORRECTION:
Due to a production error, an article that appeared in last month's issue entitled "Which Parts Should I Take First?" printed incorrect time periods for certain parts of the CPA exam. The correct durations follow: The Business Law and Professional Responsibility (LPR) section is 3 hours; the Accounting and Reporting (ARE) section is 3 ½ hours; the Financial Accounting and Reporting (FARE) section is 3 ½ hours; and the Auditing section (AUDIT) is 4 ½ hours. The Trusted Professional regrets any confusion this may have caused. |
