Now that summer is coming to an end, it is the time to get into the swing of things. Our committees have planned an interesting schedule of events that we are sure will be fulfilling to all of our members.

Our first event, “Integrating Financial Planning and Investment Management Services into Your CPA Practice,” featuring Phil Raymond as the speaker, will be held on Aug. 26 at Villa Portofino, located at 2481 Richmond Road in Staten Island. Our chapter vice president, Mark Fappiano, chairs the event. The session will start at 6:00 p.m. and earn you two CPE credits.

On Sept. 28 we have planned an informative Compilation and Review Update seminar featuring Paul Sanchez. This session will be held at The Renaissance, located at 2381 Hylan Boulevard in Staten Island. This event is chaired by Curt Philipczak, our chapter secretary.
