Pay-One-Price (POP) 2011 Discount Program

Thank you for purchasing the following POP 2011 Pass:

Here’s how to register with a POP 2011 Pass coupon number:

1. Fill out the event registration form with all registrant and firm information.
2. Insert the next consecutive coupon number from your POP 2011 Pass Coupon Confirmation Letter and return the registration form to:

You may now register by fax, phone, or online using your POP 2011 pass coupon numbers. Valid coupon numbers are required to confirm registration. Please note that registrations need to be received by FAE 14 days in advance of the program. POP 2011 usage is limited to registration at FAE seminars and conferences being presented between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2011 only. Since the POP 2010 Program expires December 31, 2011, all registrations must be received by December 16, 2011. Other restrictions apply. For details see attached POP 2010 Pass Administrative and Registration Guidelines, or visit our website at www.nysscpa.org.
