FAE Registration Rules

Payment and Cancellation Guidelines for Seminars & Conferences

 Please note the following registration policies.

Refunds: No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to the program date. A $50 processing fee will be charged for cancellations received more than 2 weeks prior to the program date. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE SUMBITTED IN WRITING BY FAX OR REGULAR MAIL OR EMAIL.

Transfers: FAE allows a registrant to transfer to another program or substitute another person without a penalty more than 2 weeks prior to the program date. Transfers and substitutions requested less than 2 weeks will be charged a $25 processing fee.

Walk-ins: All individuals who register on the day of the program will be charged an additional $25 fee.

Sponsored Registration: As a courtesy, any member in good standing may sponsor any member of their own staff who would not otherwise be eligible for NYSSCPA membership. This would include a non-CPA working in industry. ( Remember, for over 2 years now, Membership as an Associate Member, is possible for undergraduate students, college graduates pursuing a CPA license, college professors teaching accounting, professionals working in CPA firms and any person holding a license recognized by the International Federation of Accountants outside the U.S.) Just indicate on the registration form, the name and membership ID of your sponsor. If you have any questions about membership, you may call Member Services at (800) 633-6310.
