Rent Our Meeting Rooms

Basic Meeting Room Package Includes:

  • HDTV display – 80” in large rooms; 60” in small rooms
  • Audio – the two large rooms are equipped with built-in ceiling speakers and built-in pop-up tabletop microphones (positioned at every other seat for total coverage)
  • Laptop
  • Unlimited Internet access
  • Free WiFi available throughout meeting space
  • Complimentary coffee and tea

Optional Services and Equipment (at additional cost):

  • On-site audiovisual technician – full-day or half-day
  • Whiteboard
  • Video conferencing – all 4 Meeting Rooms are able accommodate two-way video conferencing for up to 24 participants or stream one-way standard-definition video to more than 100 participants*
  • Event administrative support (including assistance with check-in, registrations, and badges)

*Participants must meet necessary equipment criteria.
