Committee Action Plan
The primary mission of the Litigation Services Committee is to educate and advise NYSS members on Litigation Services, Fraud and Forensic Accounting. The educational effort of the committee will be achieved through conferences and articles. (Two conferences each year are planned). The Litigation Services committee meets monthly in an effort to identify current issues in fraud and litigation services. These current issues are discussed and presented by leaders in the field. These current issues frequently become the topics for articles and conferences. The leaders are attorneys and litigation product specialists. Some areas we cover are Internet Fraud, IP litigation, NASD arbitrations, expert witness training and litigation databases to name a few.
