Who we are:

The Apparel & Textile Committee Provides a forum to help educate members in industry and public practice regarding current and emerging issues affecting the apparel and textile industries.

What we do:

• Conducts the affairs of the committee pursuant to the direction of the Industry Oversight Committe
• Plans and coordinates an annual conference
• Invites industry related speakers to discuss relevant and emerging topics at monthly meetings.
• Provides membership a consulting service by answering industry related accounting, auditing and tax inquiries not requiring research.
• Monitors federal and state legislation affecting apparel and textile companies.
• Promotes the accounting profession in its relationship with the apparel and textile industries.

Practitioners serving the apparel and textile industries in public accounting, legal and consulting areas and executives and managers employed in apparel and textile companies.
