Who we are:
The Tax Division Committee provides oversight to all the committees of the Tax Division.
What we do:
- Assist committees on direction and on meeting their needs
- Help the Tax Committees to increase participation and to satisfy their members needs
- Provide direction to committees involving tax issues and Society comments on those technical issues
- Oversee the Annual Tax Conference
- Provide assistance to the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee in the tax area
- Insure that any tax subcommittees stay on track and meet the goals set in their committee action plan
- Act as final approval on all Society technical tax comments
Who should join:
Those who have Tax Committee experience and express an interest in forming Society tax policy and education.
