SP- 4 Committee Structure

The Board is empowered to create committees and charge them with their responsibilities. The Committees shall be organized into the following divisions, each of which shall be headed by the Oversight Committee noted below: Each oversight committee shall report to the Executive Committee at least once annually. The Board shall receive regular reports on the state of the committees.
