Call to Order
|
President Moynihan noted that
a quorum was present and called the meeting to order at
9:02 a.m. He stated
that a number of confidential matters would be discussed
in executive session. He stated that he took the confidentiality
of executive sessions very seriously and reminded members
that any violations of confidentiality would result in a
member’s expulsion from the Executive Committee, or
Board, as necessary.
Mr. Falbo then moved to enter into executive session, and
Mr. Lesser seconded the motion. The motion passed without
objection and the committee entered executive session.

An executive session was held. No resolutions resulted.

Adjournment
|
Following the executive session, Mr. Falbo moved to
adjourn the meeting and Mr. Meinberg seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned
at 12:04 p.m.
