Call to Order

A roll-call was taken and President David J. Moynihan established that a quorum was present and called the conference call to order at 11:40 a.m.

Executive Session

Mr. Weintraub moved to enter into an executive session, and Mr. Leeds seconded the motion. There being no objection, an executive session was held at 11:43 a.m. Mr. Sinegal, Deputy Counsel, was invited to participate in executive session between 12:12 p.m. and 12:17 p.m. Upon completion of the discussion, Mr. Wei motioned to adjourn the executive session, and Meinberg seconded the motion. There being no objection, the executive session was adjourned.

Ms. Jensen moved to adjourn the meeting, and Ms. Kinsella seconded the motion. There being no objection, the meeting adjourned at 12:25 p.m.
