The state's Quality Review Oversight Committee (QROC), the Regents-appointed, five-member body that will oversee the state's mandatory quality review program that goes into effect Jan. 1, 2012, met for the first time in Albany on June 7 to discuss the basic purpose, structure and functions of the committee.
