Westchester CPA, Barbara A. Marino Elected NYSSCPA Director-at-Large

NEW YORK (June 22, 2015) – Barbara Marino, a Westchester CPA and director at The Hackett Group Inc.,  has been elected a director-at-large by the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). Her three-year term began June 1.

Marino is a member of the Society’s Manhattan/Bronx Chapter, where she served as president, president-elect and vice president. 

She previously served on the NYSSCPAs’ Board of Directors as vice president and as a director representing the Manhattan/Bronx Chapter. 

Marino is currently a member of the Finance, Scholarship and FAE Curriculum committees, the Manhattan/Bronx Chapter Executive Board, and the Manhattan/Bronx Chapter Promoting CPA Careers Committee.

Marino received her undergraduate degree in accounting from Long Island University, C.W. Post College. She joined the Society in 1992 and resides in Yorktown Heights.
