NEW YORK – (Dec. 29, 2015) – Public speaking specialist Rochelle Rice, a world renown toastmaster, and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) wants to help New Yorkers start 2016 with better communications skills.
The public is invited to attend a public speaking workshop Wednesday Jan. 6 at the Society's headquarters, 14 Wall Street, 19th Floor, in New York City, at 5:30 p.m. Rice, a nationally known author and educator - who has appeared on national radio, CBS The Early Show, ABC World News Tonight, Fox News, and in The New York Times and the Los Angeles Times - is one of only 66 accredited Toastmaster Speakers in the world.
During this event, which is being hosted by the NYSSCPA's Manhattan/Bronx Chapter, Rice will teach attendees:
- The top secret to avoiding casualties in public speaking;
- How to capitalize on creating a powerful speech structure and;
- Maximizing dividends of one’s personal story.
