    The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) installed Arthur J. Roth, CPA of Loudonville, as a director-at-large at its 115th Annual Election Meeting & Dinner held at the New York Marriott Marquis on May 10. Roth is a tax consultant with Mayer Brown LLP and was the commissioner of the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance from 1999 to 2003. Roth’s term is for three years and begins on June 1, 2012.
