The New York State Society CPA PAC, Inc. is currently requesting proposals from Certified Public Accountants, who are NYSSCPA members in good standing, for audit and tax services for the year ending May 31, 2003. The Contractor shall be required to audit the accounts and records of the PAC in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. The audit performed should be sufficient in scope to enable the Contractor to express an opinion in the audit report on the financial statements of the PAC. The PAC anticipates awarding a three-year term, subject to annual approval, with a firm fixed price contract under this solicitation.
