AMES F. MCCUE, Manalapan, NJ, was expelled from membership, effective January 14, 2025, under the provisions of NYCPA bylaws Article XIII - Professional Conduct and Disciplinary Proceedings, Section 3. Impairment of license to practice public accounting, and Section 5. Automatic Discipline. Mr. McCue applied to surrender his license with the NYSED, having not contested the charge of failing to comply with the mandatory continuing education requirements. (Published September 2025)
